| Normally within India the delivery time depends on the product and quantity, how ever as a guidance we can say six to eight weeks for bulk orders and lesser depending on your requirements |

| For a honing stick our bonding is different from others, hence approximately 25 to 30% more bore honing can be achieved. |
| How is our Service After supply |
| We will respond within one week time for any queries you may have and if we find that there is manufacturing defect in our product, we will replace the same free of cost. However the old product has to be returned to us for verification and Analysis. |
| Can you give suitable grades for different finishes to achieve correct finish |
| For a honing stick we can, For other products, pls check with case by case basis. |
| What type payment do we accept/Mode of payment |
| For any orders, 30% of the total value has to be paid in advance for old customers, Balance payment immediately on delivery. However for new customer we will insist on 100% advance payment before delivery. We accept DD, cheques( delivery subj to realization) and cash. Sorry we cannot accept credit card payment for the time being. |
